About Jenni

You have to live it to give it.

Its important that you know that I too am on my Quest for my best! With many life struggles and successes, coaching changed me forever. I transformed my thinking and achieved great success in my sales/marketing profession, and in my relationships.  Back in 2008 I wrote that I wanted to eventually launch my own coaching business. And here I am today, mission accomplished! Hiring a coach has been the best monetary investment in me that I have ever made. I gained skills, confidence and courage to make my vision a reality. Now, let me help you make your vision a reality! email me at

As goes the person, so goes their business.

Although I achieved great success beyond my expectations in my life, I continued to repeat a disturbing pattern of burnout. In my sales career, I would reach a certain level of success, and then stop; like Forrest Gump on his cross-country run. At one point he just stopped, turned around, and said: “I’m tired, I’m going home now.”

Claiming my unique purpose was life-changing for me. My purpose is love and connection. My coach helped me clear those old annoying limiting beliefs that stressed me out, limited my success, and clouded my sense of purpose. I replaced them with my authentic empowering beliefs. The amazing benefit has been my sense of purpose. My purpose permeates personal priorities, my business plan and marketing strategies. As a result, I am abundant in my personal life and my business.

My Professional Summary…

I am a proud graduate of Leadership Southlake Class 2015-2016. My professional experience includes award-winning business-to-business national account executive sales with innovative and courageous fortune 500 companies. My personal journey of recovery from alcoholism was the catalyst for identifying my purpose. Personal recovery changed my career path and led me to marketing roles for all levels of mental health and addiction treatment including detox, residential, inpatient, outpatient and transitional living programs. I founded a networking group for Collin County professionals, and co-founded the HOPE CEU Quarterly Series in Dallas. Recently, I launched the business development programs for two private school campuses, Fusion Academy in Dallas and in Southlake. Currently I serve on the Board of the Love, Cassidy Foundation, serve on the Keller ISD Stay on Track Coalition, the Prism Committee for Mental Health America of Greater Dallas, and hold a membership with the Southlake Chamber of Commerce.

Past community service includes positions on the Board of Dallas Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP), Addiction Professionals Resource Alliance (APRA), and The Eating Disorders Coalition for The Elisa Project.

Having lived in 6 states in my lifetime, Texas has been home since high school. I live in Flower Mound with my husband, Meade (the real ‘Hubby’), and our energetic Beagle-Australian Shepherd named Lacey. We have a blended family with 3 adult daughters; Desiree´, married to Tyler and living in Austin, Brittany, married to Mac and living in Los Angeles, and Kristen: a recent graduate of University of Texas and living in Austin.

If you aren’t going all the way, why go at all? –Joe Namath
